Growing Families Find New Homes

For the past two decades, Community Ventures has worked to improve the lives of Kentuckians throughout the state, both in rural and urban areas.  By working with state residents to increase financial stability and economic success, Community Ventures has positively impacted local economies.  Over the past several months, Community Ventures has been able to continue expanding that presence, working with growing families looking for a place to call home throughout the Bluegrass.

Since September CV’s Mortgage team, led by Kim Farmer, has helped three families find their new homes and begin the next chapter of their lives.  On September 28th, the Tabor family (pictured above) closed on their first home.  This young, incredible family of five are settling down in Madison County to begin their exciting new adventure as homeowners.  Big thanks to Steele Reese funds for helping with the down payment!

In October, Jasmin Thurman closed on her first home with the help of local realtor Kim Northington of United Real Estate.  The purchase will be the first for Ms. Thurman and she is very excited about her new homestead in Franklin County.  Last but not least, Anthony and Shayla Greene of Gallatin County closed on their first home last week.  Their Energy Star Next Step home is a gorgeous, brand new house and sits quietly in the Asbury Point Community in Warsaw, KY.

Big thanks to our CV Mortgage team for making the dreams of Kentuckians the focal point of their mission.  Community Ventures would like to congratulate all of the families who are taking that next step towards financial stability and economic success!
